Bergen County authorities arrested a 57-year-old mechanic from the Bronx then charged him with sexually assaulting a child under the age of 13-years-old when he lived in Hackensack.
According to a statement released by Bergen County authorities, Mr. Francisco Rosario remained held Monday in the Bergen County Jail following his arrest in Carlstadt on Friday.
A judge ordered that Rosario remain behind bars while awaiting a detention hearing.
He's charged with criminal sexual contact and child endangerment, according to Bergen County authorities.
