The Essex County Prosecutor’s Office is going to the scene of a shooting with a woman suffering grave injuries in Roseland.
Police were dispatched to reports of shots fired at 6 Kent Drive around 5:30 p.m.
Upon arrival, police found a severely wound, unconscious and unresponsive woman suffering bullet wounds.
Medical personnel administered CPR in attempt to revive the woman.
No arrests have been reported and the motive for the shooting is under investigation.
