Police are reporting fatal injuries for a shooting victim inside a parking lot of a business on Sunday evening,
Police said the victim was shot by an armed assailant then a vehicle ran over them at the BJ’s located at 361 Marin Boulevard just before 8:25 p.m.
According to police, the suspect fired multiple shots at the victim before fleeing the scene.
Police have an active crime scene established and an investigation underway at this time.
