Firefighters in Union are on the scene of a fire that's tearing through a house in the township at this time.
According to preliminary reports, firefighters rushed to the 2064 Stecher Avenue after they received reports of a fire inside a house at approximately 2:45 p.m.
Upon arrival, crews observed heavy flames ripping through the roof of a two-story dwelling at that location.
Multiple lines were stretched after flames engulfed the wood-framed structures, according to fire officials.
As or 3:13 p.m., there were no severe injuries immediately reported and the fire remains out of control.
UPDATE 5:45PM: A Union Firefighter suffered second degree burns on his neck and ears.
