Investigators are on the scene of a stabbing incident with one person injured at a house of worship in Paterson.
At approximately 5:35 a.m., police responded to Omar Mosque, located in the 500 block of Getty Avenue.
Upon arrival, police found several people bleeding after a suspect produced a weapon and began cutting the victim.
Police took the suspect into custody without further incident.
The motive for the attack is under an active and ongoing investigation.
