Police are on the scene of a fatal pedestrian strike that occurred on the border of Union-Elizabeth this afternoon.
According to initial reports, the incident happened at approximately 2:00 p.m. near 943 Magie Avenue.
Reports say police arrived and found the victim pinned under a vehicle.
According to preliminary reports, the victim was declared deceased at the scene.
Elizabeth Police will handle the investigation.
