A city wide caution has been issued by police command as two officers have been struck by a vehicle in the city's North Ward a short time ago.
According to initial reports from the scene, two officers were near 1 Lincoln Avenue at around 3:22 p.m. when a dark colored 4-wheeler cut the officers' motorcycles off, then crashed into it causing minor injuries to the officers.
EMS are transporting the officers to University Hospital at this time.
The 4-wheeler, occupied by a black male, reportedly fled the scene.
There have been a total of three officers injured in the city today.
