Police in River Vale have reported that a man has drowned in a pool this afternoon.
According to preliminary reports, paramedics were dispatched at approximately 11:15 a.m. to a residence in the 600 block of Brian Court on reports of a possible drowning.
When responders arrived, they located the victim and began CPR, police said.
According to reports, at approximately 11:30 a.m., the victim was pronounced dead, and the call for additional emergency responders to respond to the scene was canceled.
There is no additional information available regarding the incident at this time.
