A male gunshot victim is being transported to the hospital after being shot at a location in Jersey City this afternoon.
According to police, gunmen fired multiple rounds of bullets near the intersection of Bayview and Ocean avenues at around 3:20 p.m.
When police officers arrived at the scene, they found shell casings on both sides of the street and an unidentified person struck by bullets.
Police have a crime scene established and an investigation underway.
The suspects fled the scene and remain at-large.
