Emergency responders are on the scene of a crash with fatal injuries reported at a location in Jackson Township.
Details are developing but according to preliminary reports, at around 3:30 p.m., police firefighters and EMS rushed to the vicinity of 460 Faraday Avenue after they received repairs of a crash with occupants trapped in the vehicle.
Upon arrival, they found a car that slammed into a pole and a tree with two victims severely injured inside the car.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene while EMS provided CPR to the second victim according to reports.
There is an extensive crash investigation underway to determine the cause of the crash at this time.
