There were no serious injuries reported for passengers or crew onboard a United Airline plane that overshot the runway and blew a tire this afternoon in Newark.
Emergency responders rushed to EWR at around 2:10 p.m. when the Boeing 757 United Airline flight number 627 from Denver to Newark skidded off the runway after blowing a tire during the incident. The impact from the hard landing ultimately caused all four tires to pop according to officials.
Airline officials are investigating the incident at the time.
