Firefighters are on the scene of a multi-alarm fire that's tearing through a house in Elizabeth at this time.
According to fire officials, heavy fire ripped through the roof of a large two-story house located in the 200 block of Westfield Avenue just before 3:41 p.m.
Firefighters stretched multiple lines to surround an drown the flames as crews were ordered out of the structure.
