A shooting that occurred in a neighborhood in East Orange has one person dead at this time.
Reports of shots fired sent police to the 100 block of Lenox Avenue shortly before 10 p.m. where officers located the victim suffering a gunshot wound to the head.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
There is a crime scene established and an investigation in progress.
