An 8-year-old boy was flown to the hospital after he fell from a two-story window during a hide-and-seek game yesterday.
Police responded to an Antler Court home in Old Bridge around 5:15 p.m. after a game between brothers took a spin.
According to reports, two brothers - 8 and 11 years of age - were playing hide-and-seek, when the younger brother hid behind the window blinds of a second floor bathroom. The 11-year-old went to tag his brother but allegedly pushed him a little too hard.
The 8-year-old fell through the window screen ultimately striking the concrete sidewalk.
The child was flown to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.
As of today, the child remains in the hospital but is expected to survive.
No charges are expected to filed. Mother of the boys was at the home at the time of the incident.
