Authorities are attempting to determine the cause of death for an 83-year-old New York woman who was pulled from the Hudson River in Hoboken late last night.
Emergency responders were called to the area of 11th Street and Sinatra Drive North after receiving reports of a person floating in the river according to reports.
Crews located the woman and made the recovery a little after 11 p.m. reports said.
Detectives and officials from the Medical Examiners Office were on the scene to assist in the investigation.
Authorities have identified the victim but are withholding her identity at this time.
