Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Acting Passaic County Sheriff Gary Giardina have reported the discovery of a 42-year-old man's body in Garrett Mountain Reservation.
This incident occurred at around 1:00 p.m. today.
According to the officials, members of the Passaic County Sheriff's Office located the decedent, along with his vehicle, in the area.
While the investigation into this matter is still active and ongoing, authorities have reassured the public that there are currently no suspects being pursued in connection with this case.
They have also emphasized that there is no immediate threat to public safety.
The Passaic County Prosecutor's Office is actively seeking information from the public that could assist in this investigation.
