Bloomfield Police Release Surveillance Photos of Woman Accused of Stealing Donation Jar, Possibly a Tip Jar in Union Twp.

Police have released surveillance photos of woman they say stole a donation jar with approximately $300 collected to help victims of a rare neurological disorder.

The woman on May 17 shortly after 1 p.m., entered the Hot Bagels Abroad & Deli on Broad Street wrapped a jacket over the donation jar and fled on foot. 

According to police, the jar contained approximately $300 in coins and bills.

Police believe the woman in the photo may have also been responsible for a May 13 incident, where a tip jar was stolen from the Dragon Chinese restaurant on Vaux Hall Road in Union, which contained approximately $20.
