Police Departments in Bloomfield, Belleville, and Glen Ridge are asking for the public's help in locating 67-year-old Jose Flores.
According to family members, Jose is Hispanic and about 5'9" tall weighing about 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, and a dark colored shirt when he was dropped off by a taxi cab on Broad Street and Belleville near the Bloomfield High School on Sunday.
The family said, Jose (who suffers mental illness) took a taxi from the VA Hospital and was suppose to have been dropped off on Davidson Street in Belleville. Jose (who also goes by the name "Joe") reportedly has a serious brain tumor and some difficulty walking (shuffles).
According to family members, Jose (Joe) is a danger to himself but is not violent to others. He will respond if you called his name out.
