A bicyclist struck by a car on a street in Hackensack has police investigating what caused the incident.
It happened in the at around 11 p.m. near the intersection of State and Essex streets were police arrived at the scene to find the unidentified bicyclist suffering injuries after a vehicle struck them at that location.
EMS arrived at the scene and provided initial treatment to the victim for a possible non-life threatening head injury according to reports.
The incident remains under investigation.
