Authorities in Newark are reporting that police seek the public’s help identifying a suspect wanted in connection with an auto burglary that occurred this past weekend.
Police said durinf the overnight hours, between 11 p.m. Friday, June 9th and 8 a.m. Saturday, June 10th, 2017, a portion of the exhaust system was stolen from a Honda in the 400-block of Third Avenue West.
A male suspect is shown in the area carrying what appears to be an auto part.
While police are actively searching for this suspect, they seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating and removing him from city streets.
This investigation is continuing.
