A brazened late night armed robbery that happened in the city has police in Hillside on the search for suspects.
Police responded to reports of an armed robbery that happened at the BP Gas station located in the 600 block of U.S . east at around midnight.
Upon arrival, authorities began a search for two black males that pulled up in a red colored sedan with guns drawn and committed the armed robbery before fleeing at a high rate of speed eastbound on Route 22.
There were no injuries reported.
