Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Deputy Chief Troy Oswald announce that at approximately 6 p.m. Monday, a gas station attendant was shot at 1st Ave Gas, located at 81 1st Avenue, near Route 20, in Paterson.
Ruskin Magamedov, 57 years old of Fair Lawn, was pronounced deceased at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center shortly thereafter.
The investigation is active and ongoing.
