After almost a week from the fatal dump truck accident in Linden, authorities have identified the driver.
According to county officials, the 62-year-old driver killed in Tuesday’s Turnpike crash in Linden was identified as Allen Michael Yuhasz, of Hopelawn.
According to reports, Yuhasz was behind tow vehicle that at the time was pulling a truck. Yuhasz who failed to observe the tow truck as it began to slow down and hit the vehicle that was being towed.
The dump truck overturned and struck a bridge abutment, then went into flames.
Yuhasz’s memorial service is scheduled for Thursday in Woodbridge.
