Police have released the identity of the 57-year-old motorcyclist who was killed over the weekend when he collided with an SUV in Tabernacle Township.
Officials say William McKnight, of Shumong Township, was driving his Harley Davidson motorcycle along Chatsworth Road around 4 p.m. Sunday, when he veered into the westbound lane striking a Nissan Pathfinder.
According to authorities, McKnight was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency services personnel.
Officials say the driver of the Nissan was unharmed in the crash.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
