Police in Bloomfield are investigating a reported attempted carjacking that happened in the city late last night.
According to reports, police are looking for a dark colored sedan with Georgia plates that fled the scene after at least one of the occupants of the vehicle brandished a weapon at a motorist in the area of Orange Street near Hill Street at around 10 p.m.
The suspect was not able to obtain the victim's vehicle according to reports.
The incident is under investigation by Bloomfield Police.
