A shooting that left several people in Asbury Park has police searching for the suspect/s responsible.
According to preliminary reports, reports of shots fired rang out in the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue sending police to the scene where they found at least two people suffering gunshot wounds at that location.
EMS rushed the victims to Jersey Shore Medical Center in unknown conditions.
Preliminary reports indicated that two other victims were transported to the hospital by private vehicle suffering gunshot injuries.
Police marked off about a dozen shell casings at the scene.
The investigation into the motive for the shooting is in the early stages of the investigation.
There were no arrests made.
