Neighboring municipalities joined East Hanover Police in their search for a suspect who robbed a gas station on NJ-10 overnight.
According to preliminary reports, police were alerted of the gunpoint robbery that occurred at the Exxon gas station located in the 300 block of NJ-10 at around midnight.
Upon officer's arrival, they were informed that a black male suspect who was approximately 5'10" tall and wore a black hoodie, blue jeans, and ski mask arrived at the station and committed the robbery.
The suspects ran from the establishment immediately following the robbery.
It is not clear how much cash the suspect took during the incident.
East Hanover Police will handle the investigation.
