The public’s help is sought in identifying a male suspect wanted in an armed robbery that occurred on Saturday, May 25th, according to a statement released by Newark Police officials.
According to police, the incident happened at 11 a.m., where a male victim was approached by the suspect, who demanded his money at gunpoint, in the 300 block of Broad Street.
Police say the suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 6-ft. tall, 150 lbs., wore a red sweater with the words “Ironbound SC” on the back, blue jeans and blue sneakers.
Detectives investigating this incident are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying this suspect to remove him from Newark streets quickly.
