Police are investigating nearly a half dozen pharmacy robberies that occurred in Passaic County in the last two weeks.
The most recent robbery happened Thursday at the Das Pharmacy in the 100 block of Van Houten Avenue shortly before 5:45 p.m.
Officers were dispatched to the business to investigate reports of a robbery in progress. When cops arrived, they learned that an armed suspect had entered the establishment and took an undetermined amount of cash and items.
The suspect fled the scene and is at large.
Police believe that the suspect responsible for the Van Housen Avenue Robbery is wanted for several other pharmacy robberies in the city.
No physical injuries were reported.
