Police in Jersey City are investigating a commercial robbery that happened overnight in the city.
Reports of an armed robbery in progress sent police to the Walgreens located in the 2300 block of JFK Boulevard where arriving officers met with store employees who reported that shortly before 5 a.m., two black males wearing dark clothing entered the establishment armed with a gun and with masks on, announced a holdup.
The men reportedly took an undetermined amount of cash before fleeing the store.
Authorities believe that the suspects were occupying a grey 4-door Sedan.
There were no physical injuries reported.
