Reports of an armed robbery at gunpoint near a bank in Montclair has police on the scene investigating.
The incident was reported at around 3:40 p.m. near a bank in the 400 block of Bloomfield Avenue according to reports.
The suspect reportedly pulled up in a dark colored newer modeled Mercedes, wearing a mask, when he demanded the victim's wallet containing less than $100 dollars.
The suspect was reportedly 6ft tall and worn a ski mask when he fled the scene east on Bloomfield Avenue reports said.
There were no physical injuries reported.
