An Amber alert has just been issued for 2-year-old Sebastian Rios who was taken by his father this afternoon.
According to the alert, the suspect is 27-year-old Tyler Rios. He is reportedly driving a Silver four-door Ford Fiesta with license plate number S34NVH
The suspect was last seen in Rahway.
