The Newark Police Department is urgently calling for the public's assistance in locating a missing 15-year-old boy, Marcus Daniels, from Newark.
Marcus was reported missing on Saturday, February 10, 2024, after he was last seen on February 9th on the 100 block of Littleton Avenue.
Marcus is described as being 5’2” tall, weighing around 150 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a black ski mask, a black hooded sweatshirt, khaki uniform pants, and white and pink sneakers.
Known as a frequent runaway, Marcus's case is particularly concerning due to his reported struggles with ADHD and OCD, which may add complexity to his current situation.
Director Fragé of the Newark Police Department emphasizes the importance of community involvement in this matter and is urging anyone with information regarding Marcus Daniels' whereabouts to come forward. Citizens can contact the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).
The department assures that all tips received through the Crime Stopper line will remain confidential and could potentially lead to a reward.
