Police in Newark on are on the search for suspects who are occupying a vehicle and driving around the city snatching purses.
According to police several black male suspects snatched multiple purses from women in the area of University Avenue and Warren Street shortly before 2:30 p.m.
Police say the suspect were last seen occupying in a silver 2020 Kia Sportage with a reported NJ license plate number D64-LPS.
This vehicle is confirmed stolen from a location in Newark.
Police say the suspect were last seen in the city's South Ward.
