Newark authorities are asking for the community’s assistance in locating Ms. Zionna I. Brady, 18, who was reported missing on Thursday, December 26.
According to a statement released early this morning by Newark police, Zionna was last seen at approximately 6:45 p.m. near the intersection of Westbrooks Avenue and 17th Avenue.
She is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing around 130 pounds. Zionna, who is known to have schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, was wearing a navy blue jacket, a navy short-sleeved shirt with white lettering – possibly reading “Old Navy” – black sweatpants, and light green “G Star Raw” flip-flops at the time of her disappearance.
Authorities noted distinctive tattoos that could help identify her.
Police said she has “Fear None” inked on her left hand and “Fendi” on her right arm.
Investigators believe Zionna may have traveled to Orange, NJ using public transportation on the day she was reported missing.
Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr. urged anyone with information regarding Zionna’s location to contact the Newark Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).
