Police in Newark reports that a warrant has been issued for the arrest of Joshua Barr-Clark, 19, of Newark, in connection with a shooting that occurred on Friday, October 25.
According to officials a woman was shot at in the area of Madison Avenue and South 14th Street by a man she knows following a quarrel.
Police say although the victim was not injured, detectives investigating this incident have identified Joshua Barr-Clark as a suspect and obtained a warrant for his arrest on aggravated assault and weapons charges.
Clark is described as 6-ft. Tall, and 185 lbs. He has a medium brown complexion, black hair, and brown eyes.
While police are actively searching for Barr-Clark, we seek the public's help in quickly locating him as part of this investigation.
