Police in Newark seek the public’s help in locating Shania Diggs, 20, of Newark, who was reported missing on Monday, September 19.
Police said Ms. Diggs, who is diagnosed with cognitive impairment, was last seen at the 100 block of Seymour Avenue at 11:30 p.m.
She was wearing a brown tank top, gray shorts, and an Afro hairstyle.
According to Newark Police officials, Newark Detectives investigating this incident seek the public’s help in quickly locating Shania Diggs. She is described as 5’6” tall and 110 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
