Newark authorities seek the public’s help locating Margarita Rivera, 80, who was reported missing today, Tuesday, February 14.
According to Newark Police, Ms. Rivera, whose mental health is poor, was last seen in the 100 block of 1st Street at approximately 8:45 a.m.
Police say she is described as 5’1” tall and 130 pounds, with short-cut hair and brown eyes.
She was wearing blue jeans, black sneakers, a light-colored jacket, and a dark-colored handbag. She was also carrying a gray suitcase.
