Newark – Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II and Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose, III, are asking for assistance from the public in identifying persons of interesting.
Officials say the photos of the persons.
Authorities are interested in questioning them in connection with the Aug. 3 murder of Mr. Vernon A. Robinson, 34, of East Orange.
According to Essex County officials, shortly after midnight on Aug. 3 of this year, Newark police officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 200 block of North Ninth Street.
Arriving officers located an unresponsive male in the rear yard of a residence.
The male, who was suffering from gunshot wounds, was pronounced dead at the scene at 1:19 am. He was later identified as Robinson.
