The New Jersey State Police is seeking the public's assistance with locating Emma Singh, 14, of Sussex Boro.
Police officials said Emma left her residence at 7:00 a.m. this morning and was last seen at approximately 10:00 a.m. in Sussex Boro.
Emma is described as an Asian female, 5'6'', 140 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.
She was last seen wearing a pink long-sleeve shirt, light blue sweatshirt tied around her waist, gray or black sweatpants, gray Converse sneakers, and carrying a white floral backpack.
