Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose reports that police are seeking assistance from the public in locating Shawn Harris, 16, who was reported missing and suicidal today.
Police say Shawn was last seen today in the 100 block of Chelsea Avenue.
He is described as Hispanic, 5’9” tall and 140 lbs. He has a light brown complexion, light brown hair and brown eyes.
He is wearing a light gray t-shirt with the words East Side on the front in red letters, and gray sweat pants according to police.

All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
