Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Juhlia Payne, who was reported missing on May 3, 2024.
Juhlia, a frequent runaway, was last seen wearing a school uniform that included a blue sweater, white shirt, and gray pants.
She is known to visit Nat Turner Park in Newark and may be staying with a relative in Jamaica, New York.
Anyone with information about Juhlia’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Newark Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).
Anonymous tips are confidential and may lead to a reward.
