Red Bank Police are on the search for a missing teen who reportedly left a group home in the 100 block of Spring Street on Monday.
Police believe Shaziah A. Mathis, 17, is possibly hiding at the home of a male near Shabazz High School in Newark after they pinged her cell phone and received a hit.
According to police, Shaziah was last seen wearing black 'jumper' and carrying a black drawstring bag. Police say she frequents Roselle and Newark via of NJ Transit Trains.
It is not clear how Shaziah is receiving money to make trips on the train according to authorities.
Shaziah is a light-skinned black female who is approximately 5'4" tall weighs about 140 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.
