New Jersey Transit Police seeks the public’s assistance identifying a male wanted in connection to an alleged Criminal Sexual Contact incident.
According to a statement released by NJ Transit Police, the individual is seen on surveillance footage inappropriately touching the victim outside of Newark Penn Station on June 28th.
The New Jersey Transit Police Detective Bureau looks positively identify the actor prior to formal questioning.
Police say the suspect is described as a black male in his late 20’s to early ’30s wearing camouflage shorts with drawstrings, a black sleeveless shirt and black sneakers.
