A strong armed carjacking that happened in the city's North Ward has police investigating.
According to reports, at around 4 p.m. a black male suspect took a vehicle via strong arm from a victim in the 500 block of Summer Ave.
The vehicle is being reported as a silver 2006 Volkswagen Jetta with a reported NJ license plate number "ZVA-14Q" .
There were no immediate reports of physical injuries.
