Hillside Police temporarily closed westbound lanes after a car somehow lost control and slammed into a pole early this morning -Sunday-.
According to authorities, it happened just after Taco Bell where the Hyundai Elantra slammed into a pole in the front of the Route 22 Limousine offices just before 7 a.m.
It is not clear if frozen precipitation from this morning's weather is the cause of the crash.
Police are not reporting severe injuries at this time.
