Newark Police requests the public’s help in locating Mr. Lonnie Johnson, 77, of Newark, who was reported missing for the second time this week.
Police said Mr. Johnson was last seen between 9 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. Friday in the 600 block of South 13th Street. Police believe Mr. Johnson might be in the Elizabeth area.
According to police Mr. Johnson, also known as “LJ”, suffers from dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. He is described as 5’5” tall and 150 pounds.
Police say Johnson has gray and black hair and brown eyes. Mr. Johnson was last seen wearing a gray hat, red and black lumberjack jacket and large framed brown glasses.
Police say Johnson was located after going missing o Thursday at 1 p.m. but was found on Friday.
