Union Township authorities are working to determine the cause of a crash that sent a vehicle careening into a local CVS Pharmacy on Wednesday night.
According to preliminary reports, the incident occurred at approximately 7:30 p.m. at the CVS at 2287 Morris Avenue.
Responding police officers arrived to find a Jeep that had crashed into the side wall of the store, with half of the vehicle lodged inside the building.
Emergency responders quickly assessed the scene and checked for victims. Fortunately, no severe injuries were immediately reported.
Officials have noted that this marks at least the third time a vehicle has collided with the same CVS in recent memory, raising concerns about recurring accidents at the location.
The cause of the crash remains under active investigation as authorities work to determine what led to the collision.
