Business automation is the talk of the town these days (and rightfully so).
With the upswing of A.I. and varying apps for nearly everything you can think of, automation can give precious time back to your marriage and business.
But there's a way to go about doing it.
The 3rd pillar of our Marriedpreneur Training is implementing proper business automation. We've helped countless couples in business lay a solid foundation for automation and up-level the automation systems for those who could be more efficient.
For this article, we'll cover what not to do concerning automation. You're headed in the right direction if you can avoid these common automation mistakes. ;)
- No Automation Audit: For starters, get an unmistakable bird's eye view of where and what you'd like to automate in business (even if you're unsure how to do it yet). Likely, there are others to think about it.
- No Data/ Manual: Next up, know what's ALREADY working and automate that first. Otherwise, you'll be automating broken systems. If that doesn't spell headache, I don't know what does.
- No Tweaking: Set it and forget it isn't the way to win. It may not be daily, but you want a system that reminds you to check and tweak as your business grows.
That's it. Keep it super simple.
If you need help implementing high-level automation within your business plan so you can have more time for each other, we can help. Schedule a success-mapping call with us today!
