Family of a 22-year-old woman seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash on Route 46 Friday, is offering a 10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person responsible.
Anna Semioli, 22, was struck -possibly by an SUV - as she walked on the eastbound side of Route 46 just after midnight Friday.
Semioli, a Montclair State Univerdity student, remains in critical condition at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center in Paterson, according to family.
